If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

• You are accountable for all content posted and activities conducted under your account, encompassing content posted by individuals with access to your login credentials or those with their own logins under your account.
• Only human users are permitted. Accounts registered by 'bots' or other automated methods are not allowed.

Restrictions on use

• Violence or threats: You may not use DashBreeze products to plan, perpetrate, or threaten violent activities that qualify as crimes in Brazil or your local jurisdiction.
• Child exploitation: Any activities involving the creation, dissemination, or support of child abuse are strictly prohibited.
• Hate speech: Advocating for the extermination, domination, or oppression of individuals or groups is not allowed.
• Harassment: Intimidating or targeting individuals or groups through repeated communication, including the use of racial slurs or dehumanizing language, is not tolerated.
• Spreading misinformation: You may not use DashBreeze to create or disseminate fake news or misleading information.
• Doxing: Sharing others' private personal information for harassment purposes using DashBreeze is strictly prohibited.
• Malware or spyware: Creating or distributing malicious code, including remote user surveillance, is not permitted.
• Phishing or fraud: Lying about your identity or affiliations to steal from, extort, or harm others is strictly prohibited.
• Spamming: Using DashBreeze products for spamming purposes, including unsolicited commercial emails, is not allowed.
• Cybersquatting: Purchasing a DashBreeze subscription account in someone else's name and attempting to sell that account to them is considered cybersquatting and will result in immediate cancellation.
• Infringement on intellectual property: You cannot use DashBreeze to create or disseminate work that infringes on the intellectual property of others beyond the bounds of fair use.

Limitations

Under no circumstances shall DashBreeze or its suppliers be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the materials on the DashBreeze website. This holds true even if DashBreeze or an authorized representative has been informed, either orally or in writing, about the possibility of such damage. It's important to note that in certain jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or restrictions on liability for consequential or incidental damages are not permitted, these limitations may not be applicable to you.

Payments, refunds & plan changes

By using Dashbreeze, you agree to provide accurate purchase and account information, if you have chosen one of our paid subscriptions. Keep your account and payment details up to date, including email address and payment method. We bill purchases through an online account. Sales tax may be added. Prices can change anytime. Payments must be in USD.

You agree to pay the current prices for your purchases and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. If your purchase involves recurring charges, you consent to us charging your payment method without needing prior approval until you cancel.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after payment has been requested or received.

All plans are non-refundable. We only provide refunds in the event that you are unable to use or access our service for an extended period due to a technical issue. Dashbreeze is free to try and allows publishing dashboards with watermarks, so be sure to test it before purchasing one of our plans.

Plan upgrades & downgrades

In cases of upgrade, you will be charged immediately only the difference between your current plan and the new plan you wish to access. In the coming months, the full fee for the plan you selected will be charged.

In cases of downgrade, charges for the new plan will only begin when the billing cycle of your old plan expires. In this case, you will be able to use your current plan until the end of this period. In the next one, you will start using the features available for the plan to which you downgraded.

Account cancellation & termination

You are exclusively in charge of appropriately terminating your account. Should you require assistance in canceling your account, feel free to reach out to our dedicated Support team. We are here to help and ensure a smooth process for you.

Upon cancellation of your account, all your content will become inaccessible on the Services instantly. Please note that the content will be permanently deleted from our systems, and recovery is not possible once this deletion is completed. Should you wish to export any data before initiating the account cancellation, we recommend reaching out to our Support team for assistance.

If you choose to cancel the Service before the conclusion of your current paid month, your plan will remain active until the end of that month, and no further charges will be incurred.

We retain the right to suspend or terminate your account, denying any current or future use of our Services, at our discretion and without prior notice. Suspension entails the temporary inaccessibility of your account and its content. Termination, on the other hand, results in the permanent deletion of your account, the forfeiture of access, and the relinquishment of all associated content. Additionally, we maintain the authority to deny the use of our Services to any individual, at any time and for any reason. This clause is integral to upholding our commitment to preventing misuse or malicious activities within our user base. While the vast majority of our users engage in positive and lawful activities, we enforce this clause to address any outliers engaging in activities contrary to our values. Changes in prices & services

We are committed to upholding our promise to support our Services with a focus on security, privacy, and responsive customer assistance. The prerogative to modify or discontinue any part of our Services, either temporarily or permanently, remains with us and may be exercised with or without prior notice.

Periodically, adjustments to the pricing structure of our products may occur. In the event of pricing changes for existing customers, we commit to providing a minimum of 30 days' notice and will communicate these changes through the email address on record. Additionally, we may post notifications regarding pricing adjustments on our websites.
